CORF

Context-Orchestrated Replatforming Framework.

overview

CORF is the methodology and toolchain we developed for moving legacy codebases into agent-augmented workflows. The core insight: most replatforming projects fail at the handoff layer, not the code layer. CORF structures the transition so that context — about decisions, debt, and intent — survives the move and becomes queryable by the new agent stack. We've used it on four engagements. The writeup is available separately.

features
  • 01

Structured decomposition of legacy codebases into agent-readable context

  • 02

Decision archaeology: surfaces why the code is the way it is, not just what it does

  • 03

Handoff graph: maps dependencies between context units for staged migration

  • 04

Validation gates to confirm context fidelity at each migration milestone

  • 05

Compatible with any target stack — framework-agnostic by design
