ECIA

Engagement Context Information Architecture.

overview

ECIA is the information architecture standard we apply at the start of every engagement. It ensures that everything we learn about a client's environment — their tooling, constraints, decisions, and preferences — is structured for agent consumption from day one. When the engagement ends, the ECIA package is what we hand off. It's the thing that makes it possible for an AI agent to pick up where a human engineer left off.
