Operator-first, agent-pilled, building from Philadelphia.
Not an AI influencer. An operations-systems builder who spent years on the floor, learned where software lies, and now hardens AI systems so they survive real-world use.
Most software demos well. Very little software survives contact with reality. The job is the second thing, not the first.
AI gets you to 90% fast and then stops being the hard part. The last 10% — the edge cases, the auth gaps, the deploy config, the thing that hallucinates only in production — is where projects die and where an operator-builder earns their keep.
We sell what we use. The vault and agents that run this studio are the same substrate we install for clients. That's the credibility — receipts, not theory.
Operations systems & the distribution floor
Years running and improving real operations — distribution-center work where the software either reflects the floor or quietly lies about it. This is where the operator instinct comes from: the gap between what a system says and what's actually happening is where the work lives.
From operator to builder
Moved from running operations to building the tools that run them — internal dashboards, automations, and the small sharp utilities that remove repetitive work. Software designed by someone who had to live with the consequences of bad software.
Agent-pilled, production-biased
Went deep on agentic systems as the tools matured — but with an operator's allergy to demos that don't ship. Built the Operator Workspace substrate (a vault with ~2,000 notes and twelve specialized agents) that now runs the studio and gets installed for clients.
Stride Techworks
Founded Stride to do one thing well: get operators, founders, and small businesses from “mostly works” to “actually deployed.” Operator-first, agent-pilled, building from Philadelphia.
- ▸Production hardening — auth, RLS, deploy config, observability, the last 10%
- ▸Agent deployment — guardrails, retries, cost controls, human-in-the-loop
- ▸Operator workspaces — knowledge systems and agent stacks with one source of truth
- ▸Local AI voice — on-device Whisper/Piper transcription and TTS, no cloud
- ▸Workflow automation — hybrid pipelines: code for the predictable, AI for the judgment
- ▸Operations-first product design — tools the floor will actually use
